Terms of Service

  • Don't use mySkua to spam, harass, or break Telegram's ToS.
  • You own your bots, audience, content, and message history. We just host the rails.
  • We can suspend accounts for abuse — we'll tell you why and let you export.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription. After that, cancel anytime and keep access until period-end.
  • You're responsible for what your bot sends. Telegram's rate-limit and content rules apply to you.

1. The agreement

These Terms (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of mySkua, the multi-bot Telegram management platform operated at myskua.com (“we”, “us”, “mySkua”). By creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

2. Who can sign up

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under your local laws. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement. One account per legal entity unless otherwise agreed.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use mySkua to:

  • send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) — every recipient must have opted in via /start;
  • harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person or organization;
  • distribute malware, phishing payloads, illegal content, CSAM, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights;
  • violate Telegram's Bot Platform Terms, including their anti-spam policy and rate-limit rules;
  • reverse-engineer the service, scrape our pages, or circumvent rate-limits;
  • resell or sublicense access to mySkua without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You will receive a written explanation and the opportunity to export your data, unless emergency removal is required by law.

4. Your content & data

You retain all rights to the bots, audience data, message bodies, media, and other content you create on mySkua (the “Customer Data”). We process Customer Data solely to operate, secure, and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of all Customer Data and for ensuring you have the right to send the messages your bot delivers (including obtaining lawful consent from Telegram users you message).

5. Subscriptions and payments

mySkua is offered on subscription plans: Free, Solo, Pro, and Scope. Current pricing and limits are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in USD, through Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel any time through Account → Subscription → Manage billing. See our Refund Policy for the money-back guarantee and proration rules.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; existing paid subscriptions keep their original price until the next renewal cycle after the notice period.

6. Service limits and rate-limits

Each plan has stated limits (bots, subscribers, broadcasts per day / per month, etc.). Exceeding a limit returns a 429 error response from the API and a clear upgrade prompt in the dashboard — we never silently drop messages. mySkua additionally respects Telegram's rate-limits and may delay deliveries to comply.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email or in-app banner. Force-majeure events (Telegram outages, regional internet disruption, third-party provider failures) are excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if: (a) you materially breach these Terms; (b) a payment fails and is not cured within 14 days; (c) we are required by law or court order. Upon termination you may export your data for at least 30 days; after that, we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may close your account at any time from Platform → Edit bot → Delete bot. Deletion is irreversible and cascades to all related data for the deleted bots.

9. Intellectual property

mySkua, the platform code, the dashboard UI, and the “mySkua” name are owned by us. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is active. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data for product analytics, marketing, and to improve the service.

10. Warranties and liability

mySkua is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of: (a) your use of mySkua in breach of these Terms; (b) Customer Data you upload; (c) messages your bot sends; (d) your violation of Telegram's Terms or any applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app banner at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of incorporation (European Union), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will first be attempted in good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be settled by the competent courts of the place of incorporation, except where consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
